These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ITK reporting service provided by ITK ("we", "us", "our"). By using our Service you agree to these Terms.
We provide data aggregation, analysis and reporting tools. Features depend on your subscription plan. We may change features, but will notify paying customers where changes are material.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
Paid plans are billed according to the plan you choose. You may cancel at any time; refunds are subject to our refund policy (include brief refund policy or link to billing FAQ).
Don't misuse the Service (no illegal activity, no attempts to access other accounts). We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms.
You own the data you upload or connect. You grant us a licence to process it to provide the Service. For customers who supply data about end-users, you confirm you have the rights/consents needed.
We will not disclose your confidential data except as required for the Service or by law.
We own the Service (software, text, designs). You may not copy or re-sell our Service without permission.
To the maximum permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses.
You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your misuse of the Service or data you supply.
Either party may terminate per the Terms. On termination we will delete or return data per our Privacy Policy and any DPA.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
