Terms

Terms summary for the current ITK service

These terms describe the current service model as implemented in the application. They do not promise product behaviour that is not yet available in code.

Accounts and access

Access to ITK is tied to authenticated accounts and tenant-scoped user records. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and using the service within the role assigned to your account.

Plans and billing

Public plan information is shown in GBP. Free access, self-serve paid billing, and contact-led plans may all exist at the same time depending on how a tier is configured. No paid free trial is promised unless it is explicitly shown on the pricing page or at checkout.

Checkout, cancellation, and plan changes

Paid self-serve billing uses Stripe when the relevant price is published for checkout. Where Stripe billing is already active on your account, plan changes and cancellations can be handled through the billing portal. This page does not advertise any wider cancellation mechanism than the one implemented in the product.

Refunds and credits

The public product does not publish a blanket refund promise. If a refund, credit, or special commercial term applies, it should be stated at checkout or in a separate written agreement rather than implied by placeholder website language.

Service scope

The public site only claims support for integrations, reporting flows, and billing behaviours that are represented in the current codebase. ITK may evolve, but these terms should be read alongside the public pricing and FAQ pages rather than against speculative roadmap promises.
